What NetPractice does
From the front desk to month-end: claims, billing and patient management in one connected system.
Claims go to the payer the moment the consultation is captured, with acceptance, rejection and reversal status shown as it happens.
Invoices, patient statements and payment tracking are generated for you, so month-end is a report rather than a scramble.
Book a visit, capture the diagnosis and procedures, and the claim is built from the consultation. No re-keying.
Aged debtors, daily collections, practitioner performance, visit mix and turnover: the numbers that run a practice.
Prescriptions, sick notes and referral letters generated in a couple of clicks, ready to hand to the patient.
A support team that picks up and fixes things, not a ticket black hole.
Proven in South Africa
NetPractice runs the claims, billing and patient administration of South African practices today: claims submitted to medical schemes in real time, with the invoicing, statements and reporting behind them. The UK launch brings the same product to UK practices, configured for UK payers, GBP and local rules.
See the South African site for the live product.
How early access works
Tell us where you practise and roughly how many claims you send a month.
Payer connections, pricing and data hosting for your country are confirmed before anyone onboards.
A small group of practices goes live first. General availability follows once they are running smoothly.
Questions
NetPractice runs a separate instance for each country rather than one shared global database. The UK instance will be hosted in a UK region and operated under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
No. NetPractice is built for private practice billing: private medical insurers and self-paying patients. It is not an NHS clinical or referral system.
